You can book a shuttle on our website up to 2 hours before departure. For shuttles departing before 10:00 AM, please book by 6:00 PM the previous day. Cancellation policy: Once you receive the confirmation email, the shuttle cannot be canceled. Any cancellation or no-show is the traveler’s financial responsibility. If the shuttle does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, please contact +502 5554 0770 and provide the name listed on the reservation.
