** PLEASE BE READY FOR YOUR SHUTTLE 15 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME ** 1. Payment must be made to the driver on the Guatemalan side. 2. Ensure your passport gets stamped on BOTH sides of the border - Guatemalan and Belizean. ***The best days to travel with an Israeli passport are Monday to Thursday. The route includes a shuttle and a ferry. The transfer company will help you cross the border. Another shuttle will be waiting for you on the other side of the border. The driver will have a list with your name on it. NOTE: We are not responsible for delays or other problems due the border entry. The shuttle will have to keep the route after half an hour approximately. If the process of admission takes longer you can take a private taxi. The transportation company can try and assist, but can not be responsible for border delays. Upon arrival to Belize City port look for a store called "Atlanta Store". There you will receive your ferry tickets which will be pre-reserved under your name. The ferry from Belize City port to Caye Caulker is around 45 minutes.
